Her story
Coach Sharon’s story is one of divine redemption and personal triumph. Once burdened by self-doubt, health challenges and the weight of worldly expectations, Sharon began a life-changing walk with Jesus that revealed her true identity in Christ.
Through prayer, Scripture and God’s unwavering love, she overcame the lies that had held her captive: labels from her past, roles she felt trapped in, and battles for her heart. That journey led her to create U R Amazing, born from her own testimony.
Today Sharon passionately teaches what she has learned, helping others experience the same freedom and joy she discovered. Her mission: to see you rise into the fullness of who God says you are.

Coach profile
A Certified Christian Life Coach with years of ministry experience, a personal testimony of transformation, and a heart for women’s identity in Christ. Sharon has led many workshops, Bible studies and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Compassionate, Scripture-centered and practical. Combining personal stories, interactive exercises and Biblical application, Sharon creates a safe space for breakthrough and growth.
Sharon’s passion is your victory. With follow-up resources, accountability and ongoing support, she walks alongside you toward lasting change and a life that glorifies God.

The hearts behind the book
Sharon wrote the U R Amazing workbook and leads the workshop. Her sister Dianna drew the five hearts that open each week of the H.E.A.R.T. journey, from the sunflower that reaches for the light to the butterfly made new.
